Live I.T Love I.T Wear I.T
Overview
DressCode is unique, it is a living case study for the work produced at Busy as AB. Much of the work we deliver is under NDA, making it hard to share the breadth and scope of what we deliver. DressCode is different, we have developed the strategy, delivered the product development…the customer touch points…everything that you see within the DressCode business is an extension of what’s carried out at Busy as AB.
Customer experience and event management
We have run a number of pop-up activations at events and retail spaces including BlueDot Festival, COP26. The in-person events have been used to demonstrate both the ‘geeky’ and ‘environmental’ aspects of the products in fun and engaging ways, such as freezing the Climate shirt into a block of ice.

Brand development and management
The DressCode brand, positioning and all external (and internal) communications assets were designed, developed and created, managed and curated across website, digital channels and in-person events and experiences.

Reputation management
What others say about you when you’re not in the room. Liaison with publications and sector authorities is crucial. It is here that the DressCode values and approach to design and production are humanised. There is a strong digital media presence, where we are careful to align the brand with like-minded groups/places.

Public relations
From launch to revealing the World’s First Payment Shirt (CashCuff™) and on to our climate collaboration with Professor Ed Hawkins and the British Antarctic Survey at COP26 we work closely with publications and PR teams to share unique stories.
Digital marketing
Digital channels act as a critical mirror within which we can learn a lot about our customers, their expectations and the market trends.

Keywords/phrases
Developing strategic plans and implementing them in order to raise the DressCode website from start to monthly visitors in excess of 18,000.
Content marketing
Working hand-in-hand with keywords and social listening to strategically plan and implement that plan in order to raise the DressCode website.
Market research
A critical part of every project, sense checking the information as provided, ensuring that client beliefs and emotions are true representations of the customer market place and audience. The development of DressCode is based on market knowledge and research, rather than hunches.

Budgeting
As a challenger business budgets are tight, we strive to box above our weight, bringing a first class experience to our customers at every opportunity. We explore economies of scale and production for every project.
