Overview
Working with the marketing director and board of trustees we developed the communication channels for the services and community of the Hundred Houses charity. A very important part of this project was the diversity, accessibility and inclusion that has shaped the Hundred Houses services and delivery.
Brand development and management
Our work included extensive research in order to be sufficiently informed about the social housing landscape within Cambridge in order to develop the marketing strategy. Naturally this was then tested, before being refined and implemented. This included the design development, direction and internal communication of the brand, which ultimately lead to the production of a brand guide.

Marketing communications
The business of delivering the brand day to day, across various channels and mediums, thinking about customer touch points and experiences. This includes in-person and digital interactions, for Hundred Houses there were a number of areas –

Internal communications and social responsibility
The internal communication across any organisation is central to the people involved with delivering the product or service with the best intentions for the customers. They can only do this if they understand what the business is doing, it’s direction and ambition.

Customer experience
As a people focused, accommodation charity, the customer experience and touch points are really important. We spent time researching (experiencing the process and service ourselves first hand) in order to advise and help design and develop a series of customer touch points.
